Refunds & Returns Policy

ORDER CANCELLATION

All orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.

If your order has been paid and you need to cancel or modify it, please contact us within this timeframe. Once the order has entered the packaging or shipping process, cancellation may no longer be possible.

REFUNDS

Customer satisfaction is important to us. You may request a refund or replacement under the following conditions:

  • If your order is not delivered within the maximum delivery timeframe of 45 business days (excluding 2–5 business days processing time)
  • If you receive an incorrect item
  • If the item arrives damaged or defective

In such cases, we will offer a replacement or refund after verification.

RETURNS

If you change your mind after receiving your order, you may request a return within 15 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused
  • The item is in its original packaging
  • The item is in the same condition as received

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect or defective.

NON-REFUNDABLE CASES

Refunds may not be granted in the following situations:

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
  • Delays caused by customs clearance or international logistics issues beyond our control
  • Customer refusal to accept delivery from courier services

REFUND REQUEST PERIOD

Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days after the maximum delivery period (45 business days) has passed.

All requests should be submitted via our customer support contact channel with order details for verification.
